came with zero correct length bolts, zero instructions. EGR plates rattled and didn't even work. zero email response after I called a few times and showed them what was going on. i figured out my own solutions.

I'm sorry that you ran into troubles with this kit. Our kits are designed for with a variety of options for modification available. We offer EGR Block Off, EGR Bypass, and complete VGT modification as well as twin to single conversion kits. Based on your comment that you didn't receive the correct length bolts... I'm wondering if you ordered the right kit for your project. The block off kit contains just the seals and plates to block the EGR. Which bolts were you missing?
