Adrenaline Diesel is not responsible to ensure compliance of regional regulations. 

Orders will be ready for pickup, or shipping, within 48 business hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise notified. 

Adrenaline Diesel reserves the right to select the carrier of their choice if no shipping preference is indicated by the customer. Adrenaline Diesel is not responsible for delays due to third-party carriers, damage to due carrier mishandling, weather, customs, supply chain challenges, pandemic, nor any other situation that is beyond their immediate control. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

Special order products, electronic components, part kits, nor unsaleable products are not returnable except due to defect. Partial part kits are non-returnable.
