Refund policy

PARTS: Special Order parts may be subject to freight fees, may require a deposit and are final sale. Parts kits must be returned complete. Returns of partial kits will not be accepted. Parts must be in resalable condition. NOTE: Parts kits are supplied with all general components; however, due to variations in makes and models, additional parts and/or fabrication may be required. All Parts must be sent back in resalable, original packaging to qualify for credit.

Cores must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for credit. Core charges will be refunded to the Customer only when the Supplier / Manufacturer accepts the core and issues credit. Parts not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and will become possession of Adrenaline Diesel. 

Returns will not be accepted, nor processed, without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). Materials received without an authorized RGA will be returned to the sender at the sender's cost. 

Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Electronic components, parts costing less than $25.00 CAD, used parts, and parts returned in non-saleable condition will not be accepted. Please verify with your Representative prior to purchase and prior to return. 

Online purchases are returnable within 2 days of receipt with a valid RGA and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Online purchases made with the assistance of our parts department are returnable within 5 days of receipt with a valid RGA.

Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer unless there is a discrepancy between the part ordered and the part received. Please note that supersessions and substitutions of equal or greater value do not qualify as discrepancies.

WARRANTY: Adrenaline Diesel honors manufacturer warranty. Typical manufacturer warranty includes a 1-year / 1-time replacement of same or similar component, from original repair commencement date unless otherwise specified. Warranty parts are payable in full and will be credit or refunded upon manufacturer approval of warranty claim. Full Warranty details are available at www.adrenalinediesel.ca/warranty.  

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. If the original payment method is no longer available, refunds will be issued as a store credit only.
